Civil Architectural Draftsman

Location: Jeddah, KSA

Qualification:

A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Certification in drafting or CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software is highly preferred.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a draftsman in civil and architectural design. Experience with large-scale construction projects is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare architectural and structural drawings for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Interpret and translate design concepts into technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

Review and modify existing drawings and specifications as needed.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet project requirements.

Ensure that all drawings comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Assist in the preparation of project documentation and specifications.

Attend project meetings to review and discuss design concepts and drawing revisions.

Maintain organized records of drawings and revisions.

Skills:

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.

Strong knowledge of architectural and civil design principles.

Understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with precision.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Requirement:

Candidate should have valid Iqama ID minimum 3 months 2025
