Estimation & Tendering Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
-Market Research & Supplier Management:
-Identify and evaluate new prospects, suppliers, and subcontractors to expand the company's network.
-Conduct site visits to assess potential partnerships and ensure alignment with project requirements.
-Technical & Contractual Analysis:
-Analyze project specifications, technical documents, and contractual terms to ensure compliance and feasibility.
-Define resource requirements and prepare detailed technical submissions for tenders.
-Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
-Liaise with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and monitor market trends.
-Ensure the timely and accurate submission of bids, adhering to all deadlines and requirements.
Qualifications & Experience:
-Education: Master's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
-Experience: Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a tendering department, with a strong track record in bid preparation, cost estimation, and contract management.
