• saudi nationality preferred for this role.

responsibilities:

• greet and welcome visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism.

• answer and direct phone calls, manage inquiries, and maintain a tidy reception area.

• assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and office coordination.

• handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

• provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
