Hi everybody,
I will join SABIC team, but I cant understand, the grads (my grade is 12, by 15 years experience) its normal? as experience grade increase or decrease?

The grades increased by experiences
Means 13 is older and 14 is senior and so on .
At which position and location you will join??

That mean seniority level from grade13?
