We are currently seeking talented and results-oriented B2B Specialists to join our Business Development Department. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of health tourism while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Management: Build, maintain, and support relationships with existing partner companies.
Ensure seamless collaboration to achieve shared goals.
New Business Development: Identify and onboard potential partner companies in target markets.
Strategically expand Dentspa's B2B network and explore alternative sales channels.
Performance Maximization: Implement strategies to ensure partner companies achieve maximum patient referrals. Monitor and analyze partner performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
Communication Facilitation: Act as the primary liaison for external partners and internal stakeholders across all departments.
Ensure clear, consistent, and professional communication at all levels.
Market Representation: Represent Dentspa Clinic at industry-leading trade fairs, conferences, and congresses to strengthen relationships and secure new opportunities.
Qualifications
Fluent in German (both written and verbal). Additional fluency in English, French, Arabic, Spanish, or Russian is highly advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in B2B partnerships, preferably within health tourism or a related field.
Residing in Istanbul and able to commute to our office in Mecidiyeköy.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
Experience in attending and contributing to industry events.
Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
