● Essential knowledge of the French educational system
● Proficiency in the two languages used at the school: French and English
● Mastery of computer skills and office tools
● Ability to communicate effectively with students and their families
● Ability to be organized, adaptable, and demonstrate patience and diplomacy
● Experience in an equivalent position in a French institution is desirable
● Degree in teaching subject areas, library science, or equivalent
