CID approval for license transfer to other hospital

Hi,

i have been waiting for a month for CID approval for my HAAD license to transfer to another hospital. I am very frustrated. I went to CID in Muroor but they have no idea about this matter. I contracted DOH but they cannot do anything about it, as it is under CID.

Anyone have idea or same experience? if yes what/how you solved this issue. Thank you in advance!
