Human Resources Generalist
My professional experience in Human Resources spans over 6 years and includes full cycle recruitment, skills development and training, policies and procedures, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, performance management and disciplinary processes, management support and coaching, facilities and maintenance management, health and safety, employee wellness and various administrative functions. My current role as HR Generalist also includes property management, as I am responsible for all head office services, maintenance and security of the offices I work at and as my current employer owns premises that we let to a college of students, I am required to manage the relationship with them and ensure that all health and safety procedures are also followed. I am also a Certified Nutritionist and successfully developed a wellness program, at the organization I am currently employed at, to cultivate a culture of health and wellness, equipping employees with the knowledge and tools to improve their health and wellbeing, improving productivity in the workplace.
I am eager to bring my blend of best practice HR experience, strong organizational, communication, planning, and team management skills, to an organisation that is looking for someone with my skills set.
