Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ ___ per hour in the applicant's local currency

Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40 hours

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM Orlando, FL Time

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

-Manage and create basic social media content in both English and Spanish

-Create and send customer estimates for carpentry installation projects

-Handle general administrative tasks to support business operations

-Translate communications between English and Spanish as needed

-Assist with customer inquiries in both languages

-Facilitate communication between English-speaking management and Spanish-speaking workshop staff

-Organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, bilingual work environment

Requirements

-Fluency in English (written and verbal)

-Fluency in Spanish (preferred but not required / written and verbal)

-Experience with social media management for business purposes

-Familiarity with basic graphic design tools like Canva

-Strong organizational and time management skills

-Excellent communication skills in both languages

-Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent

-Experience in translation or interpretation is a plus
