Good morning everyone,

I hope you are well. I recently moved to Bogota. Just wondering if you happen to know any industry or an institution that's looking for a Native English Speaker, except teaching. A little bit about my work history- I have worked in retail banking, call center, finance, sales and business development, customer relations, credit analsyt, and as a Mortgage broker, also have a good knowledge in real estate. A slight problem( or a big problem)- I don't speak Spanish. Any recommendations would be extremely appreciated.

Convince the owners that you can successfully market to Expats and new arrivals. Demonstrate knowledge of your prospective market .. your knowledge of the project .. your knowledge of the city .. and how you would communicate with Expat purchasers. Stress your sales-success history.

Arrange to work on commission.

Sehaz, you may wish to read this thread and contact the person looking for employees fluent in English - naturally I urge you to investigate fully before committing to anything. The pay may not be great, but might be pretty good by Colombian standards.
