Product Owner

Looking to lead an agile team building on my 6 years of experience as a PO, leading the team without a scrum master the last year. I have over 15 years of experience working with IVRs in the banking industry, the last 6 years supporting Wells Fargo's largest IVR that handles about 25 million calls a month across a variety of account types. I am glad to continue my focus on IVRs within the financial industry, but I feel my agile leadership skills can be applied across any technology or industry.
