Represent healthcare client in the planning and delivery of healthcare construction projects to included: strategic planning, architectual firm selection and oversight, design reviews, budgeting, equipment planning, IT interface, FFE planning, contractor selection and client representation during construction, commissioning oversight and move in. Have been consultant and owner with 35 years experience.
Consulted at 55 hospitals for planning and/or project management work. Associated with 9.0 million square feet of healthcare space, Have worked in US and overseas (Haiti, Nassau, Turkey and United Arab Emirates). Am Fellow with Health Facility Institute.
