You will need a Casier judiciaire No 3 which is established by the Court in Antananarivo (near Lac Anosy). Maybe you need someone who gets it for you, as email or letters don't work very well for administrative stuff. Try to contact the company ... Read More

I just read that now you can get the visa online here: http://www.evisamada.gov.mg/en_US/ I am not sure if this is already active - the info said that it will be activated in January 2019 or so. So give it a try! Read More
