renting/buying in Casa Linda and Sosua Ocean Village by Expatlife4us

I was wondering if anyone on this chat had any experience either renting or buying in Casa Linda or Sosua Ocean Village, or just information you may have heard about either of those developments. We have toured both and they both seem very nice.

IKEA is in the DR and for a certain value of purchase ships for free to Sosua etc. Linares in Cabarete has a good selection and discounts 10% for cash purchases. Poppaterra has furniture and appliances. I think they also discount for cash. There is ... Read More
