Thanks everyone. There is a project allowance built into my salary but this nowhere near compensates for the level of overtime expected. I'll hang fire a bit longer and keep pushing. Read More

The company is one of the worlds biggest. An Anerican company. The original deal was 8 hours 6 days per week. Then have since mentioned I will be working 10 or 12 hours and claim it is illegal to pay managers overtime. I don't think this is true. Read More
