Motor vehicle insurance by paulmsn

I read an article that talked about people buying motor vehicle insurance because of a police crackdown, and I wondered if anyone here buys it for their bikes. I didn't actually know that this was required, although it makes sense that it is.

Tourist visas extensions are only for one month right now.I have already informed you once that this is erroneous information that you are posting. You are confusing the limits of length of stay with the limits on the length of an actual Visa 90 ... Read More

I can't see VN rounding people up and parading them to the border or airport but it would put pressure on people who keep renewing one month visas. Especially if they have to pay someone to do it. I suppose they could ask people or add a line ... Read More

The police in HCMC in particular can pull over people without cause to check the ownership, driver's licence and insurance of the driver. I got the impression that the insurance check was if you have a passenger but that should be verified. The ... Read More

The best info I have on HCMC is that I have a 5 year VEC. I am supposed to leave VN every six months and re-enter to keep it valid. But because of Covid travel restrictions I would go to immigration instead. My wife is the sponsor so either she ... Read More

Any other teachers here, what's going on? Re-opening of schools? by NYSTEACHER2

I decided to stick things out, in part not knowing just how long the schools would be closed and also assuming that once things reopened there would be more work than ever. (I assumed a lot of teachers would have just gone back to their home ...

So, if I read this correctly (no guarantees!) if you cam here on or after March 01, 2020 you can stay until June 30, 2020. If you came before March 01, 2020 you have to justify staying here. No flight home for example or maybe you can't afford ... Read More
