I have been granted Spanish Nationality, my U.K. Government pension is taxed in the U.K. and that tax paid in the U.K. is taken into consideration when I make my annual Spanish tax return, I do not pay any further tax on my U.K. pension. Read More

If you reside in Spain which includes the Canary Islands for 183 days in a year, then you are deemed to be a fiscal resident and you are legally obliged to submit a tax return, declaring your world wide income, which then will be subject to taxation. Read More
