Does anyone have any suggestions of the best ways to learn Chinese?

I dont want private tutor or learning thru skype but i would prefer a part-time/full-time courses in a school.
You can try a place called Surf Chinese. They offer both classes at the school and classes through Skype with experienced teachers. Read More
