All i find online that it should be 1-2%.But here in Mindanao this greedy vulture asked for 5% and acting like he is jesus himself when lowering it to 3%.

You can extend your visa at the airport. You ask a waiver visa, so 29 days+30 days. I think you could get it from Philippines embassy too, just a waste of time in my opinion. After you go to immigration office to extend for 2 more months. Read More
