We are (finally) making our 1st trip to the Dominican in June. I'm trying to figure out how or if we can use our ATT cell phones without racking up a bunch of international phone charges. We will be in the Sosua/Cabarete area for about 2 weeks.
@ddmcghee I almost don't even care if we can't make calls to the US. I mostly just want to be able to take pics and (maybe) text. What I don't want is to end up with a giant surprise bill because our phones connected with a cell tower somewhere ... Read More
