Looking to move to Derry/Londonderry by decemberfrost
Any particular advice about moving to this area. I am moving from the US but I also hold UK citizenship as well. Properties look more reasonable there than on the British side. Presuming most of the troubles have settled by now.

I am curious , to posters from Phillipines, Africa etc., with NO family ties, why do want to move to Northern Ireland. Is it for the gov't benefits. Health care is already in crisis with influx of EU citizens.
