boat travel in Bangkok by bkk tea blog

I recently took a local ferry as part of a work commute in Bangkok. I loved it! It cost 20 baht for one version and 15 for the other (not sure the difference) and it takes no time to go up and down the length of the city, and you're on a boat. ...

Indeed. Given the situation now, I would prefer a boat over a bus to closed spaces. Read More

E85 provides more power. Not sure what you should modify when shifting to E20. Best to look for specific car forums. Best of luck. Read More

Dental Implants treatment in Dubai ? by neetukhana

I am new in Dubai and I need dental implants treatments. Can anyone recommend a good dentist to me? Thanks in advance for your reply.

d_morgan

How did it go? My partner was about to do it in Dubai but ended up in Thailand. We've realized that it's a more affordable option for dental implants. She had her dental implants at Thantakit Dental and their work was superb. Fluent in ... Read More

Anyone suffering from Hair Loss? by Rossa

Hi, anyone knows of a herbal treatment centre in S'pore? Nothing chemical, strictly herbal- not those expensive quacks! Losing hair-help!

It's unavoidable but Aloe Vera has made the thinning spots thicker. It helped me to at least not hasten the hair loss. I'm happy with it. Read More

Malaria in South (Mekong) Vietnam by WillyBaldy

I recently went to the travel clinic to see if I needed anything for my 6-7 months stay in Vietnam. The "biggest" danger, believe it or not, seems to be Japanese encephalitis when staying long term in South East Asia. I told the nurse ...

I personally don't want to take anti-malarial pills of Japanese Enc. vax. Just make sure to be careful with what you eat or drink, and have an insect repellant handy. Otherwise, if it still makes you anxious, there's no problem getting those ... Read More

Dental Crown in HCMC by Wxx3

I'm debating whether to have a crown down in HCMC or the USA. But the USA can be a PIA because I would need to return to my dentist in NYC and I'm in California. Any suggestions, comments or experiences?

I suggest you go to Thailand instead. I had a dental implant at Thantakit Dental Center and their work was seamless. It was only around 60,000 Baht per tooth. Never had an issue with their work and communication. Thantakit brought the Invisalign ... Read More
