MY SPONSOR BLOCKED MY VISA AND HE ISSUED NOC LETTER TO ME . THIS LETTER I SUBMITTED TO MY NEW SPONSOR . NOW MY NEW SPONSOR TELLING NO WAY FOR TRANSFER VISA WITHIN OMAN BECAUSE YOUR VISA BLOCKED BUT NO ISSUE TO COME BACK
