There is no expectation of privacy in public, anyone can take a picture of you. Stopping you to take a picture is questionable depending what country you are in. Just dont be a criminal and you should be good to go. Read More

Santo Domingo is pretty gross, couldn't pay me to live there. Punta Cana is a tourist trap. Santiago is definitely better in my opinion than Santo Domingo but is not close to the beach.  Read More
