This is shocking! Consult a lawyer on what your options/rights are. There is definitely a major leak. Are all the flats getting the same amount? Better to quickly shift to some other apartment with a separate meter. Also complain on Tawassul online. ... Read More

It's mostly a waste of time trying to get your complaint processed. If the problem is excess charges every month for water, try to change your residence to a building that has separate water meters for every flat. Read More
