Bargain Hunting? by JimJ

I see that Mowlem Bulgaria are doing a "Three For £30k*" feature at the moment - might be worth a look for those members who are still looking for a cheap property....*That's £30k each, before anyone gets TOO excited.....😁

Sean, as you bought with Bg Direct Danislava will be able to help, though there will be a fee if everything has been disconnected. She was a huge help to me, but mine was much easier as everything had been left connected. This is something where ... Read More

I use ePay and have been able to pay all my household bills online with no problems. One oddity I found is that if I use Google Translate to translate the page, the payment won't go through, so if you have online translation set to work ... Read More

@Lly0 If you Google "D visa for Bulgaria", you'll find an immigration layer in London who is generally well regarded, or a search on this site will bring up at least one who posts here reasonably frequently. I do have concerns about your sister's ... Read More

External Staircase - Remove? by VillageLife

Hi All, I wondered what the general view here is about external staircases have most of you removed them and installed internal staircases?. Or have you learnt to live and embrace it?.

janemulberry

Our house is one storey so we didn't have this issue, but if we'd bought something with external stairs we probably would have had internal stairs added but kept the outside one as well. Read More
