My wife (a Philippine Citizen) and I have been waiting to return to Cebu for the last 3 months. Unfortunately, there are no flights going into to Mactan International Airport at this time. We do have the option to possibly fly from JFK to Manila ...
They have direct flights from LA to Cebu. My friend had to quarantine 10 days in Manila, and was supposed to quarantine again in Cebu, but Manila locked down and after 2 months, decided to go back to the US. Read More
