Best international cell service?

I will be back and forth from US to Romania, is there a provider that has good service for both areas or should I just use a temporary service while in Romania? Any suggestions? Read More

Type of "eligibility to marry" certificate by wordta

I live in Texas, planning to get married in Romania to a Romanian citizen. I am required to obtain an "eligibility to marry" certificate. So far the only one I can find that is available to obtain is at the county level. Will this work?
