SOP and non-SOP contracts with MOH by newcomer88

Hey guys, I am a doctor who just came to work in Riyadh for an MOH Hospital. Does anybody know what is an SOP contract and what is the difference from a non-SOP contract ? What SOP stand for ? Many thanks in advance for your responses
