I don't live in Almaty, but I doubt you'll find it unfortunately. Unless it's possible to buy it in Russian and then download an English language pack from Microsoft. I know nothing about OSs and how they are packaged. Read More

Best bet in English is to buy it over the web probably. No idea if they sell Windows 7 as a download. Or order it as a CD express mail. But that's a long shot. Read More
