Does Anyone Know a Good Salon in PP? by anthonyteo
Hi all, Does anyone know a good salon here in PP to recommend? There are a lot of barbers/salons around, but obviously I don't want to just jump into any of them. :)
I have tried both Vietnamese salon along kampuchea krom ($3 or $4) and those local khmer salon ($2). I felt for guys hair, both salons are ok. The vietnamese salon do speak mandarin. Read More
Are Rents Negotiable with Owners and Real Estate Agents ? by phnom penh bound

I negotiated mine with the owner's representative, i.e. Manager. It took a week to negotiate it down by approximately 15%. Yea, you are right, be prepare that they wont come back to you on your asking price. Read More
