Where/ what / which place can you find ice cold beer, cold AC that has a smoking area, good food, good service, where the yuppies/ professionals go, a decent place, a top of the line resto bar? Thank you.

Just trying to learn cost of living standards in real terms verses the western countries. I see some of these costs (real estate, domestic help, etc...) online. What about utility costs, health insurance, medical care, automobile expenses, taxes, ...
