RESUMEN DE POSICIÓN El Coordinador Administrativo/Proyecto es un puesto de apoyo administrativo de oficina y proyecto que ayuda y trabaja bajo la autoridad directa del Propietario. El trabajo generalmente se completa en una oficina principal, pero puede haber algo de trabajo remoto y generalmente consiste en tareas administrativas básicas, además de incluir múltiples transacciones. El asistente administrativo y coordinador de proyectos apoya el proyecto y al personal desde el inicio hasta el cierre.
Admin/Project Coordinator: Hotel Development
POSITION SUMMARY
The Administrative/Project Coordinator is an office and project administrative support position that assists and works under the direct authority of the Owner. Work is usually completed in a Main Office, but may have some remote work, and usually consists of basic administrative duties, as well as include multiple transactions. The Administrative Assistant & Project Coordinator supports the project and staff from project start up to close out.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:• Candidate MUST be fluent in both Spanish and English. • Experience and at least two years of related experience or hotel experience.• The successful candidate must possess a high level of initiative, clear communication skills, leadership experience/skills, a high degree of organization, and an ability to multi-task.• They must demonstrate initiative, anticipate obstacles, and proactively and creatively problem-solve.• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.• High proficiency with MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite Products (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Gmail), Gmail, Drive Adobe, and familiarity with Mac and PC platforms. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• Preferred 2 years experience in similar position • Computer proficient with MS Office applications (Excel, Windows, Outlook,etc.)• Computer proficiency with Google Suite applications (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Surveys, Documents, etc.)• Must be able to take direction and complete projects as assigned• Ability to learn new software, processes, and procedures.• Must have good solid math abilities in basic calculations, computations such as add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.• Customer service and problem solving skills in a professional environment• Must be able to multitask, organize, and prioritize work with minimal supervision• Remain focused and driven in fast paced environments while multitasking• Courteous, personal and professional manner• Self-motivated, able to work without direct supervision and problem-solve effectively• Valid drivers license, vehicle insurance, reliable and legal transportation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education highly preferred but not required.
