WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To a person who occupies the position of Virtual learning experience specialist in one of our initiatives in the Caribbean (Suriname, St. Kitts and Nevis, Aruba, and Curaçao)
WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE VIRTUAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST?
In accompaniment with the Project Leader, planning the activities to achieve the registration and certification of the shopkeepers
Ensure the registration of at least 2,500 shopkeepers
Virtually accompany shopkeepers during the training program and the webinars
Follow-up to the implementation of the budgeted groups to achieve the goals
Follow-up to the shopkeepers activities, Social Media activities, and Bottlers and Sales Force activities in order to ensure both the registration and the certification
Preparation of reports of progress of Implementation (shopkeepers registered and certified at the moment, as well as the projection of certification and any necessary action to following the groups, and Certification of the program)
Follow-up on platform incidents reported by participants
Follow-up on the Certification process and promotion of the participating shopkeepers
Accompaniment and monitoring of shopkeepers via WhatsApp to ensure their registration/certification in the program and their attendance at webinars
Maintain communication and reporting with the Project Leader

WHAT TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS ARE PART OF THE VIRTUAL LEARNING EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST?
2 years of experience in monitoring roles of programs oriented to the traditional sector and SMEs
Based in in the Caribbean (Suriname, St. Kitts and Nevis, Aruba, and Curaçao) during the implementation of the project
Experience in projects related to entrepreneurship and economic development
Bachelor's degree in Economics or Administration (BA)
Both mandarin Chinese and English skills are mandatory
Desirable Spanish
Ability to work simultaneously on various topics and information management in databases
Desirable experience in analysis and processing of quantitative and qualitative data.
Desirable experience in the elaboration of indicators, evaluation of results and evaluation of processes.

It is necessary to have public or private health insurance during the implementation of the project
The range of fees for this consultancy will depend on experience.
