My mission is to create thee best travel guide for the hip, trendy and poor. Growing up in a rough suburb of Toronto, I've worked my whole life so I can get out the city I was born in. Starting with my year abroad in Paris in 2007 I finally got my shot and I have not looked back. Now, a new graduate as an International Relations specialist, I plan to document a different sort of IR and that's the sort between individuals partying their asses off around the world. Follow me on my journey to show the folks like us how accessible traveling and rockin' out can be when you know where to go and what to do. In Paris that is hella hard and this blog highlights the life of locals. Being the el-cheapo coolio I am, I strive to use my travel addiction as an inspiration to get others with a sense of adventure and style to get out of their bubbles! I'm small but I've got the kahunas to go everywhere and do everything the world has to offer. Hope it helps!

Lived the rad life of an exchange student at SciencesPo a couple years ago, fell in love and now back in Paris since the end of my studies

The prices- as a North American student with a debt, it is hard to truly enjoy this city without knowing some locals or long time expats to steer you away from the tourist traps. I wrote a restaurant and clubbing guide to help surmount that barrier. Also the beauty of it is also is downside. It can feel so cold and 2 dimensional, and many foreigners in Paris make the mistake of thinking that that beauty is the only thing that this city has to offer.

Studied international relations at Trinity, University of Toronto. Grew up there and couldn't wait to get out.

It's hard to place exactly but it lacks the energy and excitement that you feel in Europe and Asia.
