I worked in Quito as an English teacher over 20 years ago, and after continuing to teach on almost every continent, Ecuador kept calling me back. I own some land and cabanas in Southern Manabi (which I am trying to sell), work with volunteers from Engineers Without Borders as chofer/interprete, doing some private teaching (English, Spanish and French) and conduct teacher training seminars. I have worked as a substitute hotel manager while the owners travel, and loved that challenge. I am open to trying any sort of work - variety is what I love most about my life here in Ecuador. I live here on my own and would love to meet a like-minded male companion...someday!
