I was born in Canada. For the last twenty years I have lived in California. Five years ago I purchased beautiful land on the west coast of Panama near Costa Rica. This is beach front property in the tropics the land is plentiful with its own banana grove and fruit trees settled into a natural habitat for monkeys and other native wildlife. . I am currently living some part of each year in both Panama and California.

Hello, my name is Gilbert Paquet I was born in Canada. For the last twenty years I have lived in California. Five years ago I purchased beautiful land on the west coast of Panama near Costa Rica. This is beach front property in the tropics %u2013 the land is plentiful with its own banana grove and fruit trees settled into a natural habitat for monkeys and other native wildlife. In the last three years, I have designed and built a house for myself that is very comfortable, yet simple. I am currently living some part of each year in both Panama and California. The next stage of my plan is to build 4 beach front homes. My vision is to build homes that are small, beautifully crafted, comfortable, and well integrated into the natural environment. I am currently developing a conceptual design. I would like to offer ownership of these homes under similar guidelines as the purchase of a condominium.
