Help with procedure to notify government mother company address change by GuestPoster115

Anyone can shed some light to if mother company moved to a new address; do we have to change address on the Vietnam business license? If so; what documents do we need to make this change? Thanks so much in advance.

Transferring A Work Permit by melinda13

I am considering breaking my contract for another offer and am wondering how that will affect my work permit. Will I have to re-do all of the paperwork or can the name of the employer just be changed? Thanks for any insight into this.

Note that work permit should be sponsored by employer. If you change employer, all documents need to be changed or the employer need to apply work permit in Vietnam for you again. Cheers, Jenny Read More
