Over the last six years, I have broaden and consolidate my customer service skills and operations knowledge within the gaming industry. Besides the day to day tasks of the customer service department, I gained solid working knowledge related to VIP client support, fraud detection and anti-money laundering policies for the online industry.I was also regularly called to provide new starters training (buddy up) and deliver wash up sessions to my peers. Regardless the industry, I believe that these customer skills are transferable to other sectors. I am used to work with different company systems and using several systems on my daily tasks, either CRM system or transaction and fraud detection tools. Previously, I have worked for a Network Transportation company delivering accurate, and very precise information in a technical department, responsible for the daily circulation schedule of the trams in the city of Oporto (Portugal) In all these positions, accuracy, tailored client solutions and problem solving approaches were crucial to succeed and deliver a high quality customer service experience.
