I'm a newly retired Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I was born and raised in New York, but moved to L.A. at age 19 and have lived in California ever since. I have no family left and was thinking of moving where I can live on my Social Security income. I live in a beautiful town on the central copay of California, the weather is perfect, the people are lovely. But it's too expensive! I'm coming to Equador on June 20th to attend a conference in Quito, and on the 25th I'm flying to Cuenca foe 4 days. Can I use my cell phone there? Can I met some Americans will give me some advice?
