I am an ex-Peace Corps Volunteer from Chile ('67-'68), know S. America fairly well, esp. Peru, lived in Brazil, travel in Mexico and Caribbean, get by ok in Spanish (Advanced)and Portuguese (Intermediate), am basically retired by do a lot of volunteer work as a first responder, very interested in Bucaramanga. Have a Ph.D. in Psychology and a TEFL Certificate.
