I am Ukrainian citizen, finance graduate from University of Masachusetts (US) and McGill University in Canada. In the States I worked as a technical writer for Boston based IT company. Having lived in US/UK and Canada for many years, I now reside in Ukraine in Lviv, Ukraine - the best city in our country. I also frequently visit my home town - Odessa. It is with the great sadness that I must state - currently things are difficult and job opportunities both for locals and expats scarce. For a ttime, following the 2014 change of government in Kiev we were all moderatly hopeful, but now it seems the country has fallen back under the same spell of Russian-inspired lazyness, apaphy and denial of the need for change. ... I guess welcome to Ukraine and try to make most of it. Also be advised that due to local currency devaluation you as a foreigner might be able to enjoy very low by prices, provided you have some hard currency savings...
