Elkhound

Although I live in Charleston, WV, I have lived all over the US, and have spent time in Europe and the Middle East. As I minored in Spanish, Mexico seems a logical choice fo retirement, which won't be for a few years yet. I would like to be away from the coast, in a city with a good artistic and cultural life; I would like somewhere that would have some expats, but not completely over-run with gringos. I would like somewhere large enough to have most of the amenities, but small enough to have some sense of community.
