Hi, we are Hayley and Kelvin. We live in Northamptonshire, England. We first came to Puerto Rico in 2010. After returning many times and traveling all over, we purchased a property in Cedro, Carolina (basically a shell) in May 2017. It?s in the beautiful and tranquil countryside, which reminds us of ski resorts of Europe in the summer time. It is on an acre of land, and It consists of a three bedroom main property, garage and a separate studio. Large pool and covered pool veranda. Once it is ready the plan is to rent it out as a short stay vacation home. Currently we are renovating when possible. We try and get over to the Island as frequently as possible. Kelvin has been a builder for a number of years. He worked in Germany for a while. He also previously worked as a ski instructor in Andorra and also as a rep/manager of a venue in Ibiza - for 10 years (where he learned Spanish). Hayley has worked as a medical professional for the last 20 years.
