Piffkin

I am a retired solicitor having taken a law degree at Oxford University (Wadham college) and spent most of my career in the CPS as a Crown Prosecutor. I have lived in the town of Hastings in Sussex on the south coast of England since the age of ten years. I pay saxophone and bass guitar and I am trying to learn Russian. I also belong to a local astronomy society, and I am active in my local Quaker church (or Meeting as we call it) As a speaker of the international language Esperanto I enjoy meeting with people from other countries around the world. Specifically though, since my wife was born in Madagascar and lived there for the first eight years of her life we both take a keen interest in the affairs of that far-off but fascinating land.
