Introduction
I am from NYC, live in Florida for 25 years now, and looking forward to retirement in 2028. In preparation I want to buy a place to live soon and have it paid off bu 2028. Am thinking about Spain and Portugal as primary, then a second home in Malaysia or Vietnam.
