I am a very trustable, hardworking and sociable person with two years of experience in customer care in the US end user market. Communication is my forte. I'm great at creating and maintaining rapport with people of any kind no matter if they are easy-going or grumpy. I feel very duty-bound when I'm tasked with a responsibility and try my utmost to do my job the best I can. With a master's degree in languages and linguistics, I have ten years of experience in teaching the English language, translation, and linguistics in colleges and language schools which also qualifies me as an excellent proofreader and content writer. My English is great in both verbal and written forms. I have the experience of leading a customer care center and a product management team at the same time; and, used to be the go-to guy whenever the related companies faced any issues in the departments mentioned.
