Has anyone done this in Varna yet, or any banks that are more open to foreigners opening an account. I have a housing contract, but no resident ID here.
Hi, I agree with Janemulberry, easy to open a count to DSK bank in Varna, so I did myself when arriving there regardless having any renting contract. However I was bearing EU passport. May be this is a prerequisite as a foreigner in Bulgaria. Read More
