non payment into the BPJS by Indonesian company for an expat employee by Danbycj

I worked in Indonesia for 2.4 yrs, unbeknown to myself my BPJS was not informed to me, and not being paid into the system albeit deductions made to my salary. Am I able legally to claim the money from the company for my BPJS
