Non payment into the BPJS by Indonesian company for an expat employee

I worked in Indonesia for 2.4 yrs, unbeknown to myself my BPJS was not informed to me, and not being paid into the system albeit deductions made to my salary. Am I able legally to claim the money from the company for my BPJS

Yes, probably

Foreign employees should have their contributions paid

Thank you for the advice

Notify your HR that the BPJS bill has not been paid.  There are 2 types of participants in BPJS, namely individuals & companies.  If you are already registered as a company participant.  Then your company is obliged to pay the dues.
